Praxlogic Charter AI
Praxlogic Charter AI is a validation layer that sits between a person and any large language model. It is model-agnostic by design — hosted model, open-weight model, or whatever comes next.
It does two jobs. On the way in, it examines the prompt for clarity, completeness, and sound reasoning, and reshapes it when that will produce a better answer. On the way out, it evaluates the response for accuracy, usefulness, and functionality before it reaches the person.
Evaluation is gradient, not binary. A response is rarely simply right or wrong; it sits somewhere between unusable and directly applicable, and knowing where it sits is the useful part.

Callmoat
Callmoat is an AI receptionist for your real phone number. Calls from numbers you do not know are answered by Marge, who finds out who is calling and what they want while your phone stays quiet.
You watch the conversation as a live transcript and decide in the moment: take the call, send it to voicemail, or leave Marge to it.
ScamJam is the part people remember. When a call turns out to be a scam, hanging up just sends the caller to the next number on their list. ScamJam does something better — Marge stays on the line and gradually becomes more confused, more talkative, and less useful, while remaining perfectly willing to keep helping. Every minute spent on that call is a minute not spent on someone else's parent.

Recording and consent. Callmoat announces at the start of every screened call that the call may be recorded, before any conversation takes place. That notice is part of the greeting and cannot be turned off. Screened calls are processed to produce your transcript and are not sold or shared.
